Functional Bodywork & Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Intuitive
Ardath became a Reiki Master-Teacher in 1995. She can track her 9th generation Reiki lineage (not genetic) directly back to Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki.
Ardath Berliant is a Licensed Massage Therapist in Illinois since 2015 and became a Certified Reiki Master-Teacher in 1995. She is also a certified Functional Bodywork Therapist and a 2024 graduate of the Ankrum Institute for Functional Bodywork in Tulsa, OK. Her primary focus is Functional Bodywork, a treatment modality rooted in osteopathy. By combining this with her extensive experience in Craniosacral therapy and Reiki, Ardath skillfully identifies and addresses the root causes of pain and related symptoms.
Ardath's natural empathy guides her Reiki practice and Craniosacral work, helping clients find relief from stress, anxiety, and even some physical pain associated with modern life's demands. While her main focus is stress reduction and trauma-related concerns, she also assists clients with daily aches and pains, pre-natal care, support for children, and recovery from surgery or cancer treatment. Her combination of Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki provides a comprehensive and powerful energy healing experience.
She also studied Pre-Cognitive Re-Education with Rick Moss in the mid 1990's and is a Certified Practitioner. Her training also includes Tellington Touch for animals.
In the early 1990's Ardath trained with renowned psychic Rita Goldsmith in Sedona, AZ. This training aids Ardath in using her innate intuition during Reiki sessions.
Much of Ardath's early Reiki work from 1992-1995 was spent donating her time to helping individuals with HIV/AIDS.
